To book your session and secure your date, I’ll need a signed contract and a non-refundable 30% retainer fee. This guarantees that your spot is reserved just for you! 

If either of these are not done, the session is not fully booked and could be reserved by another client.

Film photos add a unique, personalized touch to your session! We offer mini and wide Polaroids in both color and black & white, which are available for you to take home immediately after your session.

For 35mm film, the turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the lab’s processing schedule. Each roll is professionally developed by a highly skilled, local film store located in downtown Charlottesville.

I want to ensure your session captures the essence of your experience without feeling rushed. It’s hard to tie 30 minutes to a set number of photos, so I’m happy to take as much time as needed. If we capture 70+ photos in 30 minutes, that’s fantastic! If it takes an hour to explore different spots and find the perfect angles, that’s perfectly fine too. Sessions are relaxed, but generally, all sessions are capped at a max of 2 hours. 

Throughout the session, I’ll keep you updated on when we’re approaching a great point to finish up.
